But with the arrival of the pandemic and social distancing in southern Nevada, the virtual office visit is gaining even more fans. Telemedicine uses your computer, phone, or other device for a medical visit with your provider rather than having you go to the office. You’ll have an appointed time to check in, using a computer or mobile device. When your provider is ready to see you, you’ll be connected through a video link.
